100% Carignan from the schist soils of Mont Faugères in Cabrerolles. 9 months of maceration in whole bunches then 3 months of rest in vats before bottling. On the nose, it is citrus fruits, blackberry, and licorice. In the mouth there is a good balance between tension and maturity with a persistent finish on floral and menthol notes.
