Forever and Ever Child 2023

Anders Frederik Steen & Anne Bruun Blauert

Valvignères, Ardèche, France

Pet-Nat of 100% Syrah which sped through fermentation in only a few days. Fruit sourced from the Oustric family of Domaine de Mazel. 100% Syrah. Warmth from the year translates to rich salted fruits, like strawberries, with brilliant springtime florals. Candied fruit quality with a touch of RS on the palate. Bubbles are soft and mousse-like, and the wine carries a savoury edge that’s drawn out on the finish.
