100% Pinot Gris from Alsace from Laurent Bannwarth. 2-3 days of maceration, gaining a rusty golden color. Fermentation outdoors exposed to the changes in temperature. 4 years of élevage non-ouillé. Significant in its oxidative qualities. High toned acid, breaching into the Vin Jaune territory. Spice, saltiness, and herbal qualities mix with significantly oxidative fruit.
