100% Petite Sirah (Serinne), from 20 year old vines from a small parcel acquired in 2017, planted with a rare strain of Syrah. 8 days of maceration of destemmed grapes. First maceration in fiber tanks, outside. After racking, fermentation in barriques for 2 and a half years. Bottled in March 2021. A deep red wine with soft tannins and a very long and solid salty expression. Candied cherry fruit with a dusty, earthiness. Expansive on the palate and nose.
