Marrow Arancio

This iteration of vermouth is called Arancio because the base is made up of naturally fermented skin contact Pinot Gris from the Similkameen Valley, making this a true orange wine vermouth! The Arancio is a sweet vermouth, with a good amount of bitter herbaceous notes and florals adding complexity and balance. Citrus zest, mandarin, peppercorn, beeswax, and chamomile are prominent. There is also a very welcoming amount of tea-like tannins that form a great bond with the sweetness. Fantastic on ice or with a splash of sparkling water and lemon. The botanicals used include: Lavender, chamomile, sweet cicely root, yarrow & arugula flowers, bitter orange peel, and kola nut.
