100% Merlot, the first time in rosé form. Fermentation for 3 days and foot stomped before pressing to acacia barrel. 12 months of aging. A deeply coloured and heady rosé of Merlot. Savoury meets sweet fruit on the nose with a spicy intensity. There’s no question about the Merlot part of the equation, as it packs a punch with a loud expression of fruit. Candied cherry, baking spices, and fruit punch.
