Merlot 2021

100% Merlot from a single vineyard in Kaleden BC. Organically grown, with 50% whole cluster fruit and 50% crushed-destemmed fruit. Wild ferment in neutral oak puncheons. No sulphur and no filtering. This is Tyler’s ode to a red table wine. No fuss and no pretense. The fruit is dark and rounded in the mouth with great punchy acidity. Dark berries and a touch of earth on the nose.
