Moscato Giallo 2022

100% Moscato Giallo, a new grape to the project. Moscato Giallo, also known as Yellow Muscat, is an Italian member of the Muscat family and is more similar to Moscato Bianco and Zibibbo (Muscat d’Alexandrie) with its lime-like citrus quality and much less potent florals, compared to its northern French neighbour. Sourced from organically farmed fruit in Cawston, BC. The wine is Frizzante in style, with a very slight touch of residual sugar. Whole cluster direct pressed, fermented in stainless steel and bottled during primary fermentation. The result is highly expressive with limeade, and high-toned florals.
