Natural Blanco 2018

Sauvignon Blanc from 25-year-old vines grown on clay in the Marga Marga. Dry farmed and hand destemmed using a Zaranda. 5 days of skin maceration with fermentation in concrete. Pressed and then transferred to old barrel for one year before bottling. 2018’s counterpart to their “La Zaranda” cuvée but this Sauvignon sees less time on lees, producing a fresher more acid driven version. Bright and zippy nose with subtle florals, citrus tang, and the signature salinity of the Marga Marga valley.
