O caminho do bem 2019 MAGNUM

The make-up here is Pinot Auxerrois, Abondant (a rare white grape), Sylvaner, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris, all from Alsace. The grapes spend 2 months together macerating in whole clusters before pressing. Dusty dried spices, musk, dried flowers, peach, and tropical fruit intermingle beautifully here. Gentle prickle, fine tannins, and bracing acidity make everything feel well balanced and in check despite the vivacity of it all. Impossible to place, but wholly expressive. Pure excitement.
