Premiers Emois 2019

A blend of the varieties Bohnapfel, Pomme Raisin, Boskoop, and Engishofer from the 120-year-old farm of Helmut Muller in Thurgovia. The farm has been run organically since the eighties, and grows over 300 varieties of apples, 100 varieties of pears, and 15 cherry varieties. This cider is Demi-sec or Doux, depending on who you ask. Soft and pillowy bubbles, with supple sweetness, baking spice aromas and just the right amount of acidity to balance out at just over 3% abv.
