Riesling Pet-Nat 2021

Riesling sourced from a single organic vineyard in West Kelowna. The grapes see wild whole cluster fermentation for 10 days. Bottled toward the end of fermentation, and hand-disgorged. Frizzante style of bubbles, with a soft quality. This plays perfectly with the mature and slightly oxidative quality of the fruit with its touch of residual sweetness. Like mature Champagne on the nose and off-dry Chenin on the palate. It has ripe golden fruits with a unique and distinct florality.
