A brand new offering in this latest release. 100% Pinot Noir from southern vines near Limoux on clay-limestone rich soils. Aged in fiberglass cuve. Glowy fruit and highly lifted aromatics. This Pinot is all hand destemmed fruit, with 21 days of maceration including regular punchdowns. With that in mind it’s anything but extracted and sits on the lighter side of the Pinot spectrum, showing floral delicacy and a luminous tone to its fruit. Bright red at its core with flowers and a touch of herbs.
