A collaborative effort between Toronto based natural wine company Sadéllo, and Nicolas Suteau. The Domaine, located in the Loire-Atlantique, outside of Nantes, has been in operation since 2007 and focusses on local varieties planted on the historic Breton terroir and its granite soils. 100% Folle Blanche grown loosely in a biodynamic approach. Hand harvested and direct pressed with 5 months aging on lees. Bright, driven and textured white. Salty and breezy mineral quality, matched with rich and rounded citrus, with a touch of under-ripe tropical fruit. Satiating and electric juice. Keep a few extra bottles on hand just in case.
