Sinnerman 2020 MAGNUM

100% Old-vine Carignan from Lubéron, with whole cluster maceration for 10 months, aged in fiber tank. A grippy and substantial red from Antoine and Julia, with a dense core of dark fruit, broad tannins and big concentration. Inky, herbal and intensely fragrant on the nose. Impressive and one of the most highly expressive wines to date from Les Valseuses. Surprisingly still light on its feet when it comes to drinking at just 12.5%. Mint with shrubby herbs and a dark concentrated fruit like blackberries.
