Sinnerman 2022

100% old-vine Carignan from Lubéron. The grapes see whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration for 10 months, and the wine ages a short time in fiberglass tanks. An impressive, high-toned, and tense Carignan. Layers of black fruit, minerals, and ink. Driving on the palate with pointed acidity, and satiating dark fruits.
