Dan Marioni
Sonoma, California, USA
100 percent Chardonnay from estate fruit in the Sonoma Mountain AVA. Half foot-tread and half direct pressed, with 6 months in neutral barrels on lees. Exactly how we wished more California Chardonnay tasted. Mineral with bright zippy lemon acidity and perfect texture to match. Clean scented on the nose and the palate is bright with mineral driven acid.
