The highly-awaited return of one of our favourite wines from the project, not made since 2019. An explosive presentation of old-vine Cinsault from Cabrières in the Languedoc. This time with 10 months of whole-cluster maceration, before press and aging over a year in old barrels. An inky and potent expression on the nose. The energy is high across the palate with ripping acid, dusty red fruit and a small dose of trapped CO2. Thirst quenching with its long-lasting acidity and salty finish.
