Špigle-Bočky Red 2018

An old vine blend of Blaufrankish, Saint Laurent, Blauer Portugieser and Zweigelt. This specific blend really tastes like the sum of its parts. Inky dark fruits, earthy beetroot, black pepper, and Stávek’s signature minerality. Leaner than the fruit on the nose suggests, with a welcome tension between tannins and acidity. Still young now with a long life ahead.
