Syrah 2019

All fruit harvested from the an organic vineyard in Oliver BC. 100% Syrah with 7 days on skins with 2/3 of the fruit vinified carbonically. 7 months of aging in stainless steel on lees. Like a darker more fluid version of Beaujolais Gamay, with dark fruit berries and a vibrant and floral presentation. Punchy and full of life.
