Two weeks of maceration before aging in a mix of 10 hl foudres and French demi-muid. For Glòria’s red, always a minimum of 30 months élevage before bottling and release. Infrequently topped-up, the complexity is built upon layer by layer over time, and the wine takes on a deep concentration. An explosive and rich wine in terms of flavor even if the color doesn’t reflect it. Heady, salty, and rustic, with rich, candied red fruit. Very light red in color resembling Poulsard. 2021 packs a punch with its big expression, and serious concentration, alongside its long and fine-grained tannins.
