Vi De Taula Rosé 2022

The striking rosé of Els Jelipins. Often a blend of Sumoll and Macabeo, this vintage it’s 100% Sumoll from old, 100-year vines, on clay and limestone soils. Pressed quick, with just a few hours of maceration, this vintage is brilliantly light in color. Fermented in stainless with aging in terracotta amphora for a year before bottling. A rosé this vintage, which sits alongside our favourites of the category, reminiscent of Alain Castex’s Canta Mañana. It's refreshingly pure with delicate aromas, yet fully concentrated across the palate. Salty and breezy with grapefruit scents, and airy florals. Strawberries and citrus in the mouth, with a great big cut of acid, and a beautifully fluid, crystalline texture.
